Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Provisions
This policy governs refunds and cancellations for tour bookings on jumendia.com. By booking, you agree to this policy and our Public Offer and Privacy Policy, as required by Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komertsiyu».
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancel by contacting us at contact@jumendia.com or +380 972 551 2647. Terms:
- 30+ days: full refund minus 10% fee.
- 15-29 days: 50% refund.
- 7-14 days: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days: no refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days.
3. Cancellation by the Operator
If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date. We will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, email us or use the form below. Include your booking reference. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
5. Consumer Rights

In accordance with Zakon Ukrainy «Pro turyzm», we provide complete information about the tour: operator jumendia.com, route, terms, and total price before booking.
