2. Acceptance of the offer
Using the site or booking a tour means you accept this public offer agreement.
3. Tours, prices and payment
Before you confirm we provide the operator, route, itinerary, dates and total price. Tours are governed by Zakon Ukrainy «Pro turyzm»; prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only after our written confirmation.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms are in your booking confirmation. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days, subject to Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv».
5. Consumer rights and complaints
Complain to contact@jumendia.com or +380 972 551 2647. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, 1 B. Hrinchenka St, Kyiv, 01001, hotline 1542. Rights and complaint procedure are set by Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv».

7. Liability and governing law
We are liable only as permitted by Ukrainian law, which governs these Terms; disputes go to the courts of Kyiv.
